The regular milk tea was excellent, but the oat milk tea was a bit sour, I don't know if it had spoiled or what. However, the staff was very kind and gave us a new one, for which I really appreciate. But still sour"

"I love this place! They do student discount which is really appreciated. Staff is always so welcoming and friendly and never have an issue explaining the menu or recommending a few drinks when I’m being indecisive. The tapioca is soft yet still on the chewier side which I like. I normally get the oolong milk tea or the vanilla with tapioca. I used to get the brown sugar milk tea but they charge extra to remove the ice. Sizing is appropriate too."
